The UniBinder 60 by Unibind is a light-duty thermal bookbinding machine. This model can bind small documents in less than two minutes. It is the perfect binding system for individuals or smaller offices that want the benefits of a professional bindery without the long lead times and costs. The revolutionary steel-binding resin system permanently binds Unibind covers and allows you to make edits to bound documents. The UniBinder 60 binding machine is compatible only with Unibind Covers. This binding machine is also the replacement of the UniBinder XU138 and UniBinder 7.2 systems.

How To Use:

The UniBinder 8.2 may be one of the easiest thermal binding machines to use. First, Place your pages inside your desired Unibind cover and position the document spine side down on the UniBinder heating element. A red LED light will indicate the process has started. Next, after the LED light turns green, move each document in the crimping element, which will automatically crimp one book at a time. Finally, set the document to the metal cooling tray which allows the resin to properly set. Allow up to 3 minutes for the resin to set in this tray. The machine can hand up to 8 books at a time, depending on page count.
