Each 3/4" x 1-1/2" label wraps around the edge of an end-tab file folder. This makes the printed year visible from either side and supports faster file retrieval in open-shelf and drawer-based systems.

Are these the same as metallic year stickers?

Holographic year labels are sometimes called metallic or reflective year stickers. Their polylaminated surface reflects light more noticeably than a standard paper year label.
