  • Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed after an order is submitted.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Get approval before returning anything. We will provide a return authorization number and the correct return address.
  • Standard returns have a 25% restocking fee. We waive this fee when you choose an exchange or store credit.
  • Qualified government agencies, schools and hospitals may use purchase orders. Other online orders generally require a credit card.

Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you cannot change or cancel it yourself online. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help.

We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after the order has been submitted, processed or prepared for shipment.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Unwanted items may be eligible for credit when all of the following are true:

  • You request the return within 30 days of purchase.
  • The items are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • You contact us first and receive a return authorization number.
  • You send the items to the return address we provide.

Please do not send items back without approval. Unless the return is due to our mistake, such as sending the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping.

Restocking Fee

Approved standard returns have a 25% restocking fee. We waive the fee if you choose an exchange or store credit instead. We will confirm any fee when we issue your return authorization.

Payment

Online orders must be paid by credit card unless we approve another arrangement in advance.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from qualified U.S. city, county, state and federal government offices, as well as schools and hospitals.

Email your purchase order to sales@filing.com and attach the purchase order to your message.

Most general business customers must use a credit card for their first order. Net 30 terms may be available after we receive and approve a credit application.

Order Review and Acceptance

All orders are reviewed before they are accepted. We may correct errors, limit quantities or cancel an order when necessary.
