Unibind Hard Covers deliver a premium, steel-spine hardcover finish for proposals, reports, and client presentations. Compatible with all Unibind thermal binding machines, these portrait covers come in eight colors - Black, Dark Blue, Aluminum, White, Quartz, Azur, Dark Green, and Bordo — with optional window cuts and metallic foil stamping for a branded look.

How do I choose the right spine size?
Count pages, note your paper type (20 lb vs 32 lb vPaper), pick the closest capacity in the chart, then crimp for a perfect fit. Using heavier paper or inserts? Size up one step.
Is vPaper included?
No. vPaper is sold separately. It provides lay-flat page turns and higher perceived quality; see the link above to add it to your order.
Can I add branding like logos or titles?
Yes. Choose metallic foil stamping and/or an optional window cut (4 standard sizes) to display a title page or logo.
What colors are available?
Black, Dark Blue, Aluminum, White, Quartz, Azur, Dark Green, and Bordo. Contact us for custom finishes or special runs.
How are the covers packaged?
Each box contains 10 covers of the same size and color. Volume price breaks are available.
Are sizes 280 or 340 available?
No. Those sizes are discontinued. Please select the closest available capacity from the current chart.
What’s the typical lead time?
Standard colors/sizes ship quickly. Customizations (window, foil) may add time for artwork approval and production.
