Shipping Policy & Return Policy

Where We Ship

We deliver our products to commercial and residential addresses located in the continental United States. We do not ship to AK, HI, PR, VI, and APO addresses under our standard shipping policy. We will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote if you are outside our shipping area. For clients outside of the United States, we encourage you to facilitate with a freight forwarding company for your purchases.

Flat-Rate Shipping Policy

Our shipping charges are based on the dollar amount in your shopping cart. For orders over $150, we will provide free ground shipping. Any order less than $150, a flat rate will apply, regardless of the size of the shipping package.

Customers must ship back any unwanted items. Reach out to us with your Order Number to request a Return Authorization number. We will provide you with specific return instructions and the correct address the return will go to. Orders older than 30 days cannot be returned. Custom Items and year labels from previous years cannot be returned.

Restock Fees May Apply

Unwanted products will have up to a 25% restocking fee applied to the credit issued. Shipping costs incurred are not eligible for refunds. To prevent restocking fees and extra shipping charges, kindly ask for samples before placing an order to ensure the product meets your needs. If you need to exchange for a different product of equal quantity due to an error, we will waive the restocking fee.


Restock fees will be waived with a new purchase of products (in same quantity). Please note that customers are responsible for shipping back all unwanted items in case of exchanges.

Shipping Errors

We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. Replacement orders will take place after return of incorrect products is determined. If you received incorrect items, please verify your order number, what was ordered vs. what was received, then contact us.

Missing Items

Often our orders are shipped partially, or marked as Split-Ship. We can verify if your items are shipping separately. If it has been determined that your package has been delivered, please confirm your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that do not require signatures.


Refunds are processed 3-5 days after receiving unwanted items. Refunds will be credited on the same care used for the transaction. Please keep your tracking# handy

Delivery Speed

Or products are all shipped vis standard ground shipments, most suitable for your package's size and delivery address. Our products may originate from different facilities, so split shipping often occurs. Many items are also made-to-order, and require lead-times. Stock items are typically delivered within 1-5 business days after we have processed your order. If your delivery time is vital, we strongly advise checking the availability of an item by contacting us. Advanced Filing Concepts is not responsible for delays from shipping carriers.

Expedited Delivery

If expedited delivery is necessary, please contact us by phone at 1-800-373-9133 or by contacting us. Products that need expedited shipping do not qualify for free shipping and those orders will see an additional shipping invoice.

Order Cancelations

If you've made a mistake on a recent order, please contact us right away with the order number the issue. We can either correct the mistake or cancel the request. Once an order has been marked as pending or shipped, we can no longer cancel your order and will need to go through a return.
