Order Changes and Cancellations

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Unwanted merchandise may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. To begin a return, please contact us for a return authorization number and the correct return address. Please do not send merchandise back without prior authorization. Unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping on unwanted items or items ordered incorrectly.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be waived if you choose an exchange or store credit instead of a standard return. Any applicable restocking fee will be confirmed when your return authorization is issued.
