Delivery & Configuration

Full-service “White Glove” delivery is included: room-of-choice placement (ground floor or elevator-served), uncrating, and debris removal. This unit weighs ~710 lbs; accurate site details ensure a smooth first-attempt delivery and avoid carrier re-rates.

Delivery: Carrier will call ~24 hours in advance to schedule. If final placement isn’t possible due to site constraints, delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point at driver discretion. Refusals/returns follow manufacturer policy (25% restock fee; actual return freight applies).

Timing: Units typically dispatch in 1–3 business days after payment and shipping details are confirmed. Carrier will contact you separately to finalize scheduling.

Warranty service must be preauthorized by Phoenix's Technical Service Department, and the warranty registration information should be on file with Phoenix. Warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferrable. All Phoenix insulated files and safes also carry a lifetime Free After-A-Fire Replacement warranty to the original purchaser of the product. Phoenix will replace the product with a like model free of charge in exchange for photos and a testimonial letter detailing the circumstance of the fire and how the product performed.
