18 pt Gray Econo Pressboard Folders for Everyday End Tab Filing

These gray letter size end tab Econo pressboard folders with fasteners are a practical choice for organizing active files, office records, medical charts, legal documents, and other paperwork that needs secure two-sided filing without the added cost of heavier 25 pt pressboard.

This version is manufactured from 18 pt gray pressboard stock, making it a lighter economy alternative to traditional 25 pt Type 3 pressboard folders. It is designed for filing systems where pressboard-style durability, end tab visibility, and built-in fasteners are needed, but maximum folder rigidity is not required.

Each folder includes a 2″ gray Tyvek® reinforced expansion to provide room for growing files while helping protect the gusset from tearing and edge wear. Inside, two 2″ bonded fasteners are installed on the inside front and inside back covers, allowing hole-punched documents to be secured on both sides of the folder.

With no interior dividers, this folder is ideal for straightforward front-and-back document organization. The end tab design works well in open-shelf and lateral filing systems where quick label visibility and fast file retrieval are important.
