Smead SafeSHIELD® Pressboard Classification File Folder, 1 Divider, 2" Expansion, Legal Size, Bright Red, 10/Box (18731)

Smead bright red legal-size SafeSHIELD® classification folders (18731) are designed for legal environments where immediate visibility matters. The high-contrast bright red color is commonly used for urgent matters, court-deadline files, active litigation, and priority casework where files must be identified at a glance.

Each folder is built from heavy-duty 25pt pressboard and includes one interior divider fitted with SafeSHIELD® coated fasteners. Additional SafeSHIELD fasteners on the inside front and back panels create four total filing surfaces, allowing pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and supporting documents to remain securely fastened and properly sequenced.

A 2" reinforced, tear-resistant expansion spine supports thick legal-size files without splitting or warping under daily use. The 2/5-cut top tab, positioned right of center, is optimized for drawer filing cabinets and accepts Viewables® Multipurpose Labels (64915), sold separately. Packaged 10 folders per box. Made in the USA.
