Frequently Asked Questions About Delivery

What delivery methods are available?

We offer several delivery options depending on your location and building access:

  • Dock Delivery: $0.00 — for locations with a loading dock that can accept a 53' trailer.
  • Curbside Delivery: $75 — cabinet is brought to the curb and lowered by liftgate; you are responsible for moving it inside.
  • Inside Delivery (Lobby): $295 for commercial locations or $390 for residential locations. The cabinet is delivered to the first room just inside the entrance.
  • Full-Service Delivery: $495 for commercial locations or $590 for residential locations. Includes bringing the cabinet inside, uncrating, setting it in place, and debris removal.
  • More Than One Flight of Stairs: Will Quote — we will calculate and confirm additional freight prior to shipment.
What if my location cannot accommodate a 53' truck?

If your facility or neighborhood cannot accept a 53' truck, a small-truck fee may apply. Please let us know during checkout so we can schedule the appropriate vehicle and avoid return delivery charges.

Are stairs included in the delivery price?

Standard Full-Service Delivery includes up to three steps. Additional stairs incur extra charges:

  • One Flight of Stairs (up to 15 steps): $225
  • More than One Flight: please contact us for a custom quote before ordering.
What happens if delivery details are incomplete or inaccurate?

If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information (such as undisclosed stairs, restricted access, or insufficient truck clearance), the cabinet may be returned to the terminal or origin. Re-delivery, return freight, and a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply.

What is the “Will Quote” shipping option?

Choosing “Will Quote” allows you to place the order while we calculate exact freight based on your address and stair delivery requirements. We will contact you with a freight quote, and shipping will proceed once you approve the additional cost.

How can I avoid unsuccessful deliveries?

To minimize surprises:

  • Confirm if a 53' trailer can reach your building's loading area, parking lot or driveway.
  • Tell us about any stairs, elevators, or tight turns the crew may encounter.
