Blank, writable Legal-size chart dividers with 1/6-cut bottom tabs are ideal for organizing legal-size documents in medical charts, legal files, or end tab folders. Each set includes six dividers with writable bottom-position tabs—blank on both sides so you can label however you need. Top-punched with reinforced 2-hole mylar for secure placement in fastener folders.

    When I placed my order it declined my order twice and asked me to resubmit. When I checked my credit card account, it shows 3 charges pending. Only one charge has gone through, but 2 are still pending and it has been a week.
