    Great Support after Damage in Shipping

    The unit's diamond stone exterior finish appeared to have been damaged in transit, with some gypsum dust from the fire insulation littering the interior. However, Karl K. and the manufacturer were very personable and responsive. They arranged for a replacement despite the not inconsiderable shipping weight. The replacement unit arrived on a pallet surrounded by plywood and was in mint condition. Another unit I had ordered arrived similarly protected and in mint condition. Thank you, Karl and Fireking, for standing behind your service and product. I would order from you again and recommend you to others, with the recommendation to perhaps proactively discuss shipping needs.
