The FireKing® Safe-In-A-File Fireproof File Cabinet with Concealed Safe, Model 2-2131-CSF, combines protected file storage with a hidden built-in safe. It is designed for offices, home offices, law firms, accounting departments, schools, medical offices, and businesses that need fire-rated document storage plus a discreet place to secure valuables, cash, passports, deeds, backup media, or sensitive records. This FireKing cabinet features UL Class 350 1-hour fire protection, 30-foot impact testing, ETL water resistance, ETL digital media verification, a concealed steel safe, and a lower file drawer for letter or legal-size hanging folders. It is a strong choice when you need more than a standard file cabinet but do not want to add a separate visible safe to the room. The upper false drawer front conceals the safe compartment, while the lower drawer functions as a fireproof file drawer. Free delivery is included with the LTR2W25 within standard service areas. Because the cabinet weighs approximately 253 lbs., select the appropriate delivery service and disclose all access conditions before shipment.

  • Curbside Delivery: The cabinet is lowered to ground level and left palletized for the customer to move inside.
  • Inside Delivery: The cabinet is moved into an approved first accessible area when site conditions permit.
  • Full-Service Placement: In-room placement, uncrating, and packaging removal are available when this service is selected and the location meets access requirements.

    Great Support after Damage in Shipping

    The unit's diamond stone exterior finish appeared to have been damaged in transit, with some gypsum dust from the fire insulation littering the interior. However, Karl K. and the manufacturer were very personable and responsive. They arranged for a replacement despite the not inconsiderable shipping weight. The replacement unit arrived on a pallet surrounded by plywood and was in mint condition. Another unit I had ordered arrived similarly protected and in mint condition. Thank you, Karl and Fireking, for standing behind your service and product. I would order from you again and recommend you to others, with the recommendation to perhaps proactively discuss shipping needs.
