What delivery methods are available?
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Dock Delivery: $0.00. Requires building access for a 53' truck or semi-trailer.
- Curbside Delivery: $75. Delivered to curbside; includes liftgate service if needed. You are responsible for moving the item indoors.
- Inside Delivery (Lobby): $295 for commercial locations or $390 for residential locations. The item will be delivered to the first room inside the building.
- Full-Service Delivery: $495 for commercial locations or $590 for residential locations. This includes uncartoning, setting the item in place, and debris removal.
- More than 1 Flight of Stairs: Will Quote. Freight cost will be calculated after order placement. You will be billed additional freight prior to delivery.
What happens if my location cannot accommodate a 53' truck?
If your location cannot accommodate a 53' truck or semi-trailer, a small truck fee of $470 will apply. Please indicate this during checkout to avoid delays or additional charges.
Are stairs or steps included in the delivery?
Up to three steps are included in Full-Service Delivery. Additional charges apply for more than three steps:
- 1 Flight of Stairs (up to 15 steps): $225
- More than 1 Flight of Stairs: Please contact us for a custom quote.
What if I provide inaccurate delivery details?
If delivery is unsuccessful due to inaccurate or incomplete details (e.g., restricted access, undisclosed stairs), the item will be returned to the origin. A 25% restocking fee will apply, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
What is the 'Will Quote' option?
The 'Will Quote' option allows you to place your order without a freight charge upfront. After the order is placed, we will bill you the additional freight based on your location and delivery requirements. Shipping will only proceed once the additional freight is approved.
