Model 4-1956-2 is a 4-drawer FireKing fireproof file cabinet with UL Class 350 2-hour fire protection, 30-foot impact resistance, 2000°F explosion testing, and a Medeco® high-security key lock.

The FireKing 4-1956-2 is built for organizations that cannot afford to lose critical paper records. With a full 31" depth and four high-capacity drawers, this cabinet is designed for high-volume filing environments such as law firms, medical offices, financial institutions, and government facilities.

Engineered with proprietary Thermocell II® insulation and reinforced steel construction, this cabinet provides dependable protection during extended fire exposure. Each drawer is independently insulated to help contain heat and protect documents, while high-side drawer bodies support hanging folders without additional frames.

Delivery Information
  • Commercial or Residential Delivery: We can ship to either type of address.
  • Dock Delivery: Best for locations with a loading dock. Residential orders with dock delivery will require site audit.
  • Curbside / Ground Delivery: For locations without a loading dock. The driver lowers the cabinet to ground level and leaves it on pallet, outside.
  • Lobby / Garage Delivery: The cabinet is moved into the first covered area, such as a lobby or garage, and remains on the pallet.
  • Full Service Delivery: The cabinet is placed in its final location and the packaging is removed. A site survey may be necessary.
  • Steps or Stairs: This cabinet weighs 957 lbs. Please let us know in advance if steps are involved. Up to 3 steps can usually be accommodated.
  • Truck Access: Let us know if a smaller delivery truck is required.
