We ship most products throughout the contiguous United States using standard parcel carriers or freight service for larger and heavier items. Where We Ship
Our standard shipping policy applies to commercial and residential addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO destinations under our standard online shipping policy. If you are outside our normal shipping area, please contact us to request a quote.
Standard Ground Parcel Rates
Parcel shipping rates are based on your merchandise subtotal. Orders of $150.00 or more qualify for Free Ground Shipping within the contiguous U.S.

Freight Delivery for Large or Heavy Items
Large and heavy products ship by freight and are not eligible for the parcel rates listed above. This commonly includes fireproof cabinets, safes, furniture, shredders, and some business machines. Freight charges vary based on the item, destination, and delivery requirements. If you would like help before ordering, please contact us for assistance.
LTL Freight Service Levels
Commercial Dock-to-Dock: Delivery to a commercial location with a loading dock or forklift available. The driver remains with the truck.
Curbside with Liftgate: The carrier lowers the freight to ground level at the curb or driveway. The driver does not move the product indoors.
Inside or White Glove Delivery: Available on select products and destinations when quoted in advance.
Special LTL Freight Services That May Add Charges
Some deliveries require additional services beyond standard freight delivery. These may include:
• Residential delivery
• Liftgate service when there is no dock or forklift
• Inside or threshold delivery
• Small or box truck service for restricted access areas
• Stairs or no-elevator delivery situations
• Appointment or call-ahead service
• Limited-access destinations such as schools, churches, construction sites, storage facilities, or military bases
Customer Responsibilities for LTL Freight Deliveries
Please let us know before shipment if your delivery location has special requirements such as residential service, no loading dock, limited truck access, stairs, restricted hours, or other access concerns. An adult age 18 or older must typically be available to accept and sign for freight deliveries. Missed appointments, re-delivery requests, storage fees, and address changes after shipment may result in additional carrier charges. If extra services are needed but were not selected before shipment, the carrier may bill the difference at cost.
Processing & Delivery Time
In-stock parcel items usually ship in 1-3 business days. Typical parcel transit time is 1-7 business days to commercial addresses after shipment. Residential deliveries may require additional handling time and can add approximately 3-4 business days depending on the destination. Made-to-order, custom, or freight-only items may require additional processing or scheduling time. Estimated delivery date may also appear in 'customer notes' once your order has been processed.
