Returns

• Request a Return Authorization within 30 days of delivery and include your Order #.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping. Use any carrier you prefer & keep your tracking info.
• Prepaid return labels are available on request; the return label cost is deducted from your refund.
• Not returnable: custom products and prior-year date labels.

Restocking Fees & Exchanges

• Unwanted items may incur up to a 25% restocking fee; original shipping is non-refundable.
• An “exchange” is a new purchase that replaces the original item(s). When the return is received in resalable condition and tied to the new order, any restocking fee on the original return is waived (shipping still applies). Mention "exchange" in your replacement order's customer notes. New shipping fees, if applicable, still apply.

Order Issues (Errors, Damage, or Missing Items)

• If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll fix it. We will send a prepaid label or arrange a pickup incorrect items, and ship the correct items.
• Orders may ship from multiple locations which causes variable delivery dates - check order tracking for split shipments.
• If tracking shows “delivered,” confirm the address it was delivered to and check with others at the location.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Keep your return tracking number for reference.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us immediately with your Order #. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel or modify it when possible. Shipped orders follow the return policy above.
