The Smead End Tab Classification Folder features two dividers that create six filing sections for efficient organization of active records. Designed specifically for open-shelf filing systems (not drawers), these folders are perfect for managing patient charts, case files, and other multi-section projects.

Constructed from 25pt heavy-duty pressboard containing 100% recycled content (40% post-consumer) and SFI Sourcing Certified, these folders deliver superior strength and long-lasting performance. The tear-resistant Tyvek® gusset expands up to 2" to hold bulky materials, while SafeSHIELD® coated fasteners in positions 1 and 3 protect your fingers and keep documents securely in place. Includes 10 blue letter-size pressboard folders per box.
