4-drawer vs. 2-drawer: choose the four-drawer LGL4W25 when you need maximum protected capacity within one cabinet footprint. Choose the LGL2W25 for private offices, smaller records collections, or locations where a lower cabinet is easier to use.

25" vs. 31" depth: the LGL4W25 is well suited for limited aisle space, compact offices, and delivery paths with tighter turns. Choose the deeper LGL4W31 when the additional interior drawer depth and filing capacity are more important than conserving floor space.

Legal/letter vs. letter-only: choose the LGL4W25 when you need legal-size storage or the flexibility to accommodate both legal and letter files. Choose the narrower LTR4W25 when all records are letter size and conserving cabinet width is more important.

Vertical vs. lateral: this model provides four protected drawers in a 19-7/8" wide footprint. A Phoenix lateral fire file provides wider drawers and more filing orientations but requires substantially more wall and floor width.

Delivery & Placement

Free white-glove delivery is included with the Phoenix LGL4W25, subject to site-access requirements. Because the cabinet weighs approximately 471 lb., delivery access and final placement details should be reviewed before shipment.
