Phoenix LGL2W25 is a compact 2-drawer vertical fireproof file cabinet for legal- and letter-size records. Its wider 19-7/8" cabinet body accommodates both common file sizes while the 25" exterior depth conserves floor and aisle space compared with deeper 31" vertical fireproof files. Protection includes Class 350 1-hour paper protection, 30-foot impact testing, water-resistant construction, and independently insulated drawers.

Delivery & Placement

A delivery-service selection is required when ordering the Phoenix LGL2W25. Standard delivery levels are included within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, stairs, restricted access, and other special handling requirements may incur additional charges.

Full-service placement Included standard selection

The cabinet is moved along an approved route to the requested final location, uncartoned, positioned, and cleared of standard packaging materials. Access conditions must be reviewed before shipment.

Curbside delivery Included standard selection

The carrier lowers the packaged cabinet to ground level and leaves it outside at the nearest safely accessible hard surface. Moving it inside, unpacking, placement, and packaging removal are the customer's responsibility.

Commercial dock Included standard selection

Delivery is made to an accessible commercial loading dock. The receiving location must have dock-height access and suitable equipment and personnel to unload and move the cabinet.

Access & placement

Weight: cabinet weighs approximately 280 lb. before files are added.
Doorways: verify all exterior and interior doorway clearances before shipment.
Hallways and turns: disclose narrow doors, tight turns, and long carries.
Elevators: confirm elevator door opening, interior dimensions, and weight capacity.
Stairs: four or more steps or stair carries require advance review and may incur additional charges.
Truck access: disclose restricted tractor-trailer access, small-truck requirements, remote locations, and other unusual receiving conditions.
Scheduling: timed or after-hours delivery requires advance review and may incur additional charges.
Floor: place the cabinet on a level floor capable of supporting the cabinet and its fully loaded weight.
Drawer clearance: allow enough front clearance for drawers to open completely without blocking an aisle or doorway.
