The Phoenix LTR2W31 is designed for offices that need full-depth protected letter-size filing in a lower cabinet. Its 31-inch exterior depth allows 26-inch-deep interior drawers, while the 28-inch overall height makes it easier to place beside desks, service counters, and other work areas.

Choosing your configuration

2-drawer vs. 4-drawer: choose the LTR2W31 for private offices, reception areas, smaller record collections, or locations where a lower cabinet is easier to use. Choose the LTR4W31 when you need twice the protected drawer count in the same 16-7/8" cabinet width.

31" vs. 25" depth: the LTR2W31 provides 26-inch-deep interior drawers for greater filing capacity. Choose the LTR2W25 when aisle space, room depth, or tighter delivery turns are more important than the additional filing depth.

Letter vs. legal: the LTR2W31 is designed for letter-size files only. Choose the wider Phoenix LGL2W31 when legal-size filing is required.

Vertical vs. lateral: this model provides full-depth filing in a narrow 16-7/8" wide footprint. A Phoenix lateral fire file provides wider drawers and additional filing orientations but requires substantially more wall and floor width.

Delivery & Placement

Free white-glove delivery is included with the Phoenix LTR2W31, subject to site-access requirements. Because the cabinet weighs approximately 326 lb., delivery access and final placement details should be reviewed before shipment.

Room-of-choice placement Included

The delivery team moves the cabinet along an approved route to the final location when site conditions permit.

Uncrating & cleanup Included

The cabinet is uncrated and standard packaging materials are removed by the delivery team.

  • Elevators: verify elevator door opening, interior dimensions, and weight capacity.
  • Floor conditions: the final location should be level and capable of supporting the cabinet and its fully loaded weight.
  • Drawer clearance: allow enough space for drawers to open completely without blocking an aisle or doorway.
  • Receiving schedule: timed, after-hours, weekend, restricted-access, or small-truck service may require advance approval and additional charges.
