- Transport the safe to its final placement within your business or residence.
- Unbox the unit and remove all packaging materials at no additional charge.

- Stair carries require prior authorization. Unauthorized stair carries may result in delivery refusal or additional fees.
- Custom delivery options, including after-hours services or specific time scheduling, are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Phoenix products are backed by a comprehensive three-year parts and labor warranty, covering manufacturer defects. This warranty excludes malfunctions resulting from misuse or abuse of the product. To access warranty service, prior authorization from Phoenix's Technical Service Department is required, and the product's warranty registration must be on file with Phoenix. The warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
In addition, all Phoenix insulated files and safes are covered by a lifetime Free After-A-Fire Replacement warranty, available to the original purchaser. In the event of a fire, Phoenix will provide a replacement product of the same or similar model at no cost, contingent upon the submission of photos and a testimonial letter describing the fire and the product's performance.
