Phoenix Data Commander 4620-series media safes have digital locks and adjustable storage shelves. For businesses with extensive data-protection needs. Model 4622 comes with 2 shelves, and 5 drawers for a total of 7.87 cubic feet of storage. This allows for the storage of approximately: 405 LTOs (in cases), 360 DLT tapes, 1332 CDs (in cases), 660 8mm cartridges, 1120 4mm cartridges. Class 125 2-Hour fire protection at temperatures exceeding 1850 degrees (F). Impact-resistant for 30-foot drops. Construction protects contents from magnetic interference. Easily adjustable shelves and pull-out drawers for multimedia storage.

Phoenix products are backed by a comprehensive three-year parts and labor warranty, covering manufacturer defects. This warranty excludes malfunctions resulting from misuse or abuse of the product. To access warranty service, prior authorization from Phoenix's Technical Service Department is required, and the product's warranty registration must be on file with Phoenix. The warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
In addition, all Phoenix insulated files and safes are covered by a lifetime Free After-A-Fire Replacement warranty, available to the original purchaser. In the event of a fire, Phoenix will provide a replacement product of the same or similar model at no cost, contingent upon the submission of photos and a testimonial letter describing the fire and the product's performance.
