If you have multiple individuals with first names starting with “J” and surnames starting with “S,” you may need to pull several files to find the specific person you’re looking for. When you return the file, simply place it at the front of the section, rather than finding its exact spot, ensuring quicker and more efficient access.

For company names, the first letter of the company's name is blocked out, and the second word determines the folder color.
