Improve chart navigation and document organization with the Lab Reports Bottom Tab Fileback Divider. Part #I423 features a clearly labeled Position 3 bottom tab printed “LAB REPORTS,” Mylar-reinforced in orange for added durability and easy visual indexing in busy filing systems.
Made from rugged 125# manila stock, each divider includes a 2-inch bonded fastener placed below the score line to securely hold punched lab results and related reports. The top flap folds easily and attaches to the inside back panel of a standard folder, enabling fast conversion of any file into a multi-section record.
