While the main focus of KireKing's classic lateral filing cabinets is their fire-rated design, they are also attractive and functional, making them the perfect investment for your home or business. Classic Lateral File Cabinets offer unique features and benefits that make them truly stand out. The FireKing Lateral 3-drawer filing cabinet is 40 1/4" high, 44 1/2" wide, and 22 1/8" deep, making this our largest lateral file cabinet.

Filing Arrangements

This unit has drawer bodes that are built with high sides for use with hanging file folders. No additional frames are needed. The unit will accomodate legal filing side-to-side. Each file includes 2 cross hangers per drawer. The cross hangers allow you to file three rows of letter size files front to back. **An optional adapter hanger may be purchased to accomodate letter filling in a side-to-side format.

UL® Class 350 1-Hour with Impact Certification

The FireKing Classic vertical file cabinet has passed the 1-Hour Class 350 Fire with Impact certification requirements, approved by Underwriters Laboratories. The tests include 1-hour exterior fire exposure at 1700°F, a 2000°F explosion test, and a 30 foot drop to test impact integrtiy. This model is also ETL 30-Minute Fire verified to protect harddrives, CDs, DVDs, and flashdrives for 1/2-hour.

Lock Options

FireKing Classic File cabinets come with a Medeco® Lock with standard orders. We can add an addtional Medeco® lock to the 2nd drawer. We can swap out the standard lock for a Group-2 Combiniation Dial Lock [with or without spare key]. We can swap out the standard lock for a UL-Listed Electronic Keypad Lock. Or we can swap out the standard lock for a Group-1R Maniplation poof lock. Pricing varies by model.

Delivery Method

Dock Delivery - driver rolls pallet off truck to loading dock only or customer can unload by own means [+$0.00]
Curbside Delivery - driver will leave unit on pallet, at ground level, near building entrance. [+$95.00]
Lobby Delivery - the driver will leave unit on pallet in first covered room (i.e. garage or lobby). [+$150.00]
Full Service Delivery - the driver will set unit in final setting place, take away pacakging* [+$495.00/Quote]

*Full service deliveries may not be available in all areas. If delivery restrictions apply, we will quote additional fees before processing or downgrade delivery to Lobby Delivery.
