Crystal Clear Unibind Covers by Peleman
UniCover Flex covers are high-end, clear thermal binding covers designed for Unibind systems. One side is crystal clear, and the other is matte, giving you flexible options for presenting your first page. Simply choose your preferred side before binding. The patented Unibind SteelResin™ adhesive ensures that pages are permanently bound and never fall apart. Crystal Flex covers have replaced the former SteelCrystal & SteelMat covers by combining them into one model. UniCover Flex covers are compatible with any Unibind machine.

How To Bind Crystal Flex Covers
When your paper comes out of your printer, place the sheets evenly inside the appropriate capacity flex cover without exceeding capacity. With your machine ready, place the document(s) onto the heating element. The system will automatically detect the document's steel spine, and the binding process will begin immediately. This is indicated with a red light. When the document is complete, the light turns green. Place the bound document in the crimping element (if applicable) and hold the document in place while the machine crimps the document's steel spine. Move the document to the cooling channel to allow the resin to set properly. After 90 seconds of cooling, your document will be permanently bound.
