These chart dividers are crafted to maximize organization within file folders, providing quick and easy access to important information. This set includes 5 brightly colored tabs for easy referencing, plus 1 blank, writable/erasable tab. Each tab is printed with the same title on both sides and reinforced with tear-proof Mylar for durability. The tab positions are as follows: Tab Position 1 - History/Physical (Medium Blue), Tab Position 2 - Progress Notes (Light Yellow), Tab Position 3 - Lab/X-Ray (Light Green), Tab Position 4 - Hospital (Red), Tab Position 5 - Insurance (Clear), Tab Position 6 - Blank (Manila).
