These Barkley year labels feature a wrap-around design and have a specific assigned color per year for easy identification and retrieval of hard copy files. When the labels are placed in the same position on each file folder, file pocket, etc., a color/block pattern is formed. A good color code system saves time in filing and retrieval without misfiles and in most cases pays for itself in less than a year. Labels are protected by a clear laminate and contain a center slit to make it easier to apply to a file folder, file pocket etc. Year labels with a wider dimension are typically used with end tab folders you would use on a file shelf.
