  • Delivery involving stairs must be approved ahead of time. If delivery is refused due to an unauthorized stair carry, a 25% restocking fee may apply. (Free service includes up to 3 stairs.)
  • Deliveries that require Union Labor are not eligible for free White Glove Service.
  • Special delivery options—like after-hours or exact time appointments—can be arranged for an additional fee.

Warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferrable. All Phoenix insulated files and safes also carry a lifetime Free After-A-Fire Replacement warranty to the original purchaser of the product. Phoenix will replace the product with a like model free of charge in exchange for photos and a testimonial letter detailing the circumstance of the fire and how the product performed.
