  • Stair carries require prior authorization. Deliveries involving unauthorized stair carries may be refused by the driver, resulting in a 25% restocking fee.

Phoenix products are backed by a comprehensive three-year parts and labor warranty, covering manufacturer defects. This warranty excludes malfunctions resulting from misuse or abuse of the product. To access warranty service, prior authorization from Phoenix's Technical Service Department is required, and the product's warranty registration must be on file with Phoenix. The warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. In addition, all Phoenix insulated files and safes are covered by a lifetime Free After-A-Fire Replacement warranty, available to the original purchaser. In the event of a fire, Phoenix will provide a replacement product of the same or similar model at no cost, contingent upon the submission of photos and a testimonial letter describing the fire and the product's performance.

How to install folders in a 25" Legal Size File Cabinet

Using Legal-Size Hanging Files, the folders will hang on the drawer body, as intended.

Letter-Size adapter bars are included if you prefer to use letter-size hanging folders.

Use drawer dividers to hold up standard top tab drawer folders upright, and also, create smaller compartments.
