Payment Terms

Purchase Orders

We do accept purchase orders from U.S. Government offices (City/County/State/Federal and Schools & Hospitals). Please contact us to email your purchase order. For general business, credit card payment is required for initial purchase, and a credit application will be required for Net/30 terms.

Returning Merchandise

Unwanted merchandise can be returned for a credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us to request an RA# and the correct return address.

Shipping back unwanted merchandise is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Re-Stock Fee

All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, the restocking fee will be waived if you opt for an exchange or request store credit. The fee will be assessed when we issue your RA#
