Email files to info@filing.com or upload via the Folder Designer when submitting your design.
Minimums vary by product. Custom file folders usually start at 100-500 folders, custom presentation covers at 10-50pcs, and envelopes at 500 pcs. Chart dividers are typically available in smaller runs, starting around 250 sets.
Standard production is 3–4 weeks after final artwork approval. More complex items (like foil-stamped covers or multi-color dividers) may take longer. Rush services are sometimes available — ask us when requesting a quote.
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) give the best results. High-resolution .jpg or .png may be accepted, but vector ensures clean, sharp printing.
Yes. We always provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. If a digital proof is not possible, we will supply a mock-up instead. Hard proofs or pre-production samples are not offered. In some cases, we may be able to provide a similar product as an example, but this cannot be guaranteed.
You can choose the paper stock, size (letter/legal), tab style (end tab, top tab), dividers, fasteners, pocket options, pre-labeled color-coded folders, and of course imprint your logo.
Yes. If you provide a sample or spec sheet, we can usually match colors, layouts, and materials.
Tabs can be printed in black or color, laminated for durability, and cut in various positions (1/5-cut, 1/6-cut, etc.). Body stock, tab color, and punch style can also be customized.
Yes. We offer both printed and writable blank chart dividers so you can choose the option that best fits your workflow.
