Where We Ship
We deliver our products to both commercial and residential addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses under our standard shipping policy.
If you're outside our shipping area, please contact us for a quote. International customers are encouraged to work with a freight forwarding service for deliveries.
Flat-Rate Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are based on your order subtotal. Orders over $150 ship free via ground shipping. Orders under $150 are subject to a flat-rate fee regardless of box size or destination.

Returns
Customers must ship back any unwanted items. Please reach out to us with your Order Number to request a Return Authorization. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Orders older than 30 days cannot be returned. Custom items and year labels from previous years are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fees
Unwanted products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To avoid restocking fees, please request samples before placing custom or bulk orders. If an exchange is needed due to a fulfillment error, we will waive the restocking fee.
Exchanges
Restocking fees will be waived when exchanging for products of equal value. Customers are responsible for return shipping of items in an exchange.
Shipping Errors
We will replace orders that were processed incorrectly. Once incorrect products are returned, a replacement will be shipped. Please verify your order number and details before contacting us.
Missing Items
Orders may ship in multiple packages. If an item appears to be missing, we can check for split shipments or tracking status. If your tracking shows “delivered,” confirm the shipping address. We are not responsible for carrier deliveries that do not require signatures.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving returned goods. Credits will be issued to the original payment method. Please keep your tracking number for reference.
Delivery Speed
All orders ship via standard ground based on the size and destination. Some products are made-to-order and may require additional processing time. Stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 1–5 business days. If delivery timing is critical, please contact us before placing your order.
Expedited Delivery
To request expedited shipping, please call 1-800-373-9133 or contact us. Expedited orders do not qualify for free shipping and may incur an additional invoice.
Order Cancellations
If you made a mistake on a recent order, please contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
